Oh! Herro, didn’t see you there. This comic idea sprang from an alt-text in one of my one-shots. If you don’t get the punchline, well then, son, you just ain’t “internet”.

I’m trying to bring my art to a more stylized form. Specifically, I speak of the more cel-shaded look in this one. I usually apply a blur of sorts to my shadows, but, in retrospect, I feel it doesn’t actually lend to the comics’ overall style. I’ll keep experimenting, but either way, I’m liking the direction it’s going.

On an unrelated note: Did anyone else hear/read about that one guy holding the personal info of players of the MMO, Runes of Magic, hostage? Until his demands for game/company changes are met, he’ll slowly sell gamers’ personal information. Nutcase, right? Fun stuff.

Anyhow, I’m gonna go play various games on our new PS3 for a while. I’m very much loving LittleBigPlanet (5/5), Final Fantasy XIII(4.5/5), Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game(4/5), Flower(4.5/5), and Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light(4/5). But lawd, I really want that game, Vanquish (7/5 via Demo). Such style. Such manliness. It’s like if someone gave Kamina a bunch of cigarettes, a gun, and an awesome hyper-suit.
