Car, meet table. And meet table’s good friend, soup.
This comic was drawn on my Surface Pro 4 (I wish Microsoft sponsored me). Despite some serious issues in the beginning (crashes, lock-ups and the like) I think I have it running smoothly now. I’m just glad I can spend some of my work time away from my desk! Ideally, I’d even be able to draw the comic at like, a cafe or something! But after spending 6 years drawing the comic at the same desk I edit videos for a billion hours, I’m happy to start with the living room couch. Also, there are no people-I-don’t-know at the living room couch. It even has my favorite coffee!
Better get her out of that Pot before Link comes around.
Like the new page design, I see Lily is under the Chai moniker again (is she sticking with it again?). Also, who doesn’t love a little engine in your soup? Adds a little extra horsepower to your step.
Thanks! Oh lord, children hiding in pots in a video game must be like children hiding in driers IRL. It’s just too risky. But yeah, I think she’s gonna stick with Chai. It’ll take some getting used to, I’m sure haha.
Reminds me of that traumatic Australian University student ad about the teleporting dude, and the snap. T~T
What AustraliOH GOD WHY HAVE I WATCHED THIS
i spent quite a while looking for that ad…………….. now i wish i could unsee it

It’s gonna be okay. It’ll wear off after a while…
I like the new design! however the buttons on top are a bit too big I think.
Having their car materialize into stuff was pretty funny too lol
Thank you! If you’re talking about the comic “prev/next”-type buttons, I also kinda feel this way. But due to the design rules I set in place (“as few non-functioning buttons/divs as possible”), I’ll have to come up with something to pad it out and shrink them a bit. I was thinking maybe the “Random Comic” button could make its return, but I feel like a “Random” button wouldn’t make sense for the story comic.
